Surrounded by ponderosa pine and the meandering Deschutes River, this course offers the perfect golf experience in a beautiful natural setting.
Tetherow
The golf course at Tetherow is only 2 miles from Seventh Mountain Resort. This exclusive course, designed by David McLay Kidd features a brilliant layout with Kidd’s signature design traits that encourage elements of links-style play such as playing the game along the ground as well as the air. The course’s imaginative routing fits cohesively with the natural terrain, while providing an eclectic mix of golf holes framed by ragged bunkers, knobs and knolls. All surrounded by stunning panoramic views of the Cascade peaks and high desert terrain.
The cost is $150 (including a fore-caddie) for 18 holes and $20 for a cart.
Lost Tracks Golf Course
Lost Tracks is located near the city of Bend but with the feeling of quiet seclusion. The golf course, designed by Brian Whitcomb, is bordered by national forest land and carved out of a stand of ponderosa and high desert pine trees with lava rock outcroppings, dotted with sparkling lakes and seaside sand-filled bunkers.
Aspen Lakes Golf Course
Aspen Lakes located in Sisters, Oregon is just a short drive from Seventh Mountain Resort. Attention to detail has been given to every aspect of this beautifully designed William Overdorf course. Immaculately maintained bent grass fairways and multiple tees combined with red sand bunkers create a playing experience unique to Aspen Lakes. This 18-hole course is challenging and breath-taking at the same time.
